- Open 11:00–20:00 all three days on the Alhóndiga esplanade.
- Tacos from different regions of Mexico, including a Michelin-starred kitchen.

- Lands right after the Sep 15–16 Independence celebrations in the centro.
- Not the same as the Festival del Taco held in Celaya or Manuel Doblado earlier in the year.
